Exceptions are made for service animals.Persons, corporations, or organizations conducting public activities such as events, entertainment, meetings, assemblies, worship services, demonstrations, protests, or political rallies within the general confines of a park or municipal area involving 25 or more persons must notify the Director in writing a minimum of three (3) business days in advance whenever practicable.
